Location: Lehi, Utah (In-Person Only) Company: Baltic Born

Baltic Born is seeking a confident, camera-ready 1XL model to support our growing team in both content creation and merchandising. This is a flexible, project-based position ideal for someone local to our Lehi, Utah headquarters who loves fashion, understands our brand aesthetic, and is comfortable in front of a camera.

Responsibilities:

• Model for web listings and marketing content (photo and video) including social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Attend scheduled fittings to try on pre-production and sample garments, assisting our merchandising team with fit and sizing notes for 1XL.
• Provide fit feedback that helps us ensure consistency and comfort across extended sizes.
• Work collaboratively with photographers, stylists, and creative team members to achieve brand-aligned visuals.

Requirements:

• Must live in or near Lehi, Utah and be available to work onsite.
• Wear and accurately represent a 1XL size (typically size 14/16 depending on fit specs).
• Comfortable modeling on camera for both still and video content.
• Able to provide timely and helpful feedback on fit and fabric feel.
• Previous modeling experience is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• Pay is project-based and varies depending on the scope (fit modeling, photoshoot sessions, video shoots, etc.).
