Phoebe Ministries is hiring a Full-time and Per Diem Activities Coordinator to join our long-term care facility in Allentown, PA. Required to work rotating weekends, evenings and holidays.
We believe in enriching the lives of our residents through engaging, purposeful activities and social connections. We are seeking a compassionate and organized Activities Coordinator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing programs and events that enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities for a Activities Coordinator with Phoebe Allentown:
Responsible for programming, as well as implementing; group programs, individual activities, therapeutic interventions; supervising and scheduling activity assistants; initiating projects to meet the needs of residents in the following areas: physical, sensory, social, creative, intellectual, spiritual, intergenerational, and community; facilitating development of RASP (Resident Assessment Support Plan) for individual residents and completing Life Stories for individual residents.
