The Department of Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics at Roanoke College seeks adjunct instructors to teach our general education introductory statistics course, INQ-240, beginning Spring 2025; the opportunity to teach other introductory-level MATH courses in future semesters is possible. Our INQ-240 courses are taught highlighting a particular theme or topic; several pre-approved themes are available to choose from ( see list ) as well as the potential opportunity to propose a new theme. A Master’s degree in mathematics or statistics or the equivalent is required and prior teaching experience preferred.
