Description Fueling Success in this Role: VP Racing is seeking a full-time
Administrative Assistant in the Administration Department at our VP Racing Regional Office location (Murrieta, California)
. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing customer communications, processing transactions, and coordinating daily operations. Key duties include answering phones, assisting with orders, following up on receivables, and processing invoices, bill of ladings, and credit card transactions. This role also handles accounts receivable entry, new account setup in Citrix, and maintains accurate customer records. Additionally, the position schedules delivery routes, creates driver load sheets, coordinates with the warehouse on order adjustments, and ensures timely customer updates. Other responsibilities include maintaining inter-company correspondence and performing various administrative tasks as needed to support smooth operations.

Minimum Qualifications The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise. - A High School Diploma or GED is required and 2 years of related experience.
