In this role you will:
Serve as the central point for assigning and tracking tasks for action by the HQ USCYBERCOM J-Directorates, special staff, JFHQ, and DRU. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring tasking instructions are clear, concise, and accurate, and confirming the completeness and timely delivery of staff/component responses to the requesting organization. Additionally, you will handle routine, non-technical RFIs, schedule appointments, coordinate conferences and meetings, and support the management of the command's WMS, including routing official tasks, tracking actions, and providing weekly status reports. Your role extends to administering the CMDSEC Document Review portfolio, assisting with various office procedures, composing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining SharePoint and shared file locations, and providing administrative coordination for meetings and events. Your proactive involvement will also include initiating recommendations to Government Leadership for process optimization and suggesting new product/service offerings. Lastly, you will compile a weekly Progress, Status, and Management Report in compliance with CDRL C002, summarizing completed tasks and ongoing work.
