Appliance Repair Technician
Position Summary:
The Appliance Repair Technician plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance and repair of home appliances. This position requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and effectively communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Employment Type: Full time-$20-$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs.
Communicate repair needs and solutions clearly to customers.
Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
Collect payment for completed work.
Qualifications:
2+ years of proven experience as an Appliance Technician or similar role.
Familiarity with schematics and technical manuals.
Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; minimum age 18.
EPA certification (preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Strong customer service orientation.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple repair jobs efficiently.
