AO Globe Life is expanding its outreach team and hiring Appointment Setters

to help connect families with trusted life insurance solutions.

This fully remote, performance-based contractor role is ideal for individuals who

are confident on the phone, self-directed, and eager to earn based on results.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
  
• Ability to manage a calendar and follow up consistently
  
• Basic tech comfort with Zoom, Google Calendar, and CRM tools
  
• Driven by performance and able to work independently
  

What You’ll Do:

• As an Appointment Setter, your mission is to:
  
• Manually call warm leads (veterans, union members, and working families) using your own device or provided systems
  
• Schedule Zoom appointments with licensed life insurance agents
  
• Follow up at appointment time, ensuring clients attend and are prepared
  
• Assist clients in joining Zoom meetings, supporting a smooth transition to the licensed agent
