As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to hire an Architectural Designer
Responsibilities for this role include, but may not be limited to: - Create and Manage construction documents in BIM/Revit and AutoCAD.
- Assist in the design documentation process by working directly with Project Architects and other
- designers.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and experience in coordinating with architectural and structural engineering team, clients, consultants, and contractors.
Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: - Bachelor’s degree in architecture or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of relevant architectural experience
- Proficiency with design software including BIM/Revit as well as familiarity with Sketch-Up or other
- graphic programs like InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
- Working knowledge of building codes and regulations, including ADA and Title 24 a plus
- Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Effective written, graphic, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of a project manager
