Your New Company

Join a boutique & growing Environmental & Water Consulting firm circa 10-years years old as a CAD Technician, based mid-town Manhattan.

They are seeking a CAD Technician that has experience with AutoCAD & Civil 3D performing sewer & site connections related design & layout/relocation work. This will also involve liaising with NYC DEP and ensuring that all work is compliant with their codes, standard & requirements. Experience with Revit is considered advantageous.

There will be an in-house team that perform higher level engineering work you will also work closely with.

Your New Role

• Support a variety of new & relocation design work related to Sewer and Stormwater
• Ensure all designs are compliant with NYC DEP best practices
• Leverage AutoCAD, Civil 3d & Revit as needed to perform design work

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• A passion for working in the Environmental & Water industry
• Experience with AutoCAD & Civil 3D - experience with Revit is a bonus
• Experience with sewer, stormwater & site connection design

• Hybrid schedule - 3/4 days in office.
• A competitive base salary, anticipated to be between $65,000 to $75,000 annually (depending on experience), plus total package.
