Green Impressions, the leading landscape company in Northwest Ohio, is seeking a motivated Carpentry Crew Member to join our growing carpentry division. Serving both commercial and residential clients, Green Impressions is known for delivering high-quality installations of aluminum and vinyl fencing, decks, pergolas, arbors, and custom landscape features. Responsibilities

• Assist experienced carpenters with the construction and installation of fences, decks, pergolas, arbors, and custom landscape features
• Learn to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications under the guidance of senior carpenters
• Perform basic carpentry tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and other materials
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored
• Follow all safety regulations and company standards to ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve carpentry skills
• Help load and unload materials and tools from trucks and trailers
• Assist with the maintenance and inventory of tools, equipment, and materials
• Support the team in resolving on-site issues as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of carpentry techniques and a strong willingness to learn new skills
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Basic math skills for measuring and calculating materials
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on uneven terrain
• Ability to push, pull, grip, and use various tools and equipment
• Capable of walking up to 5 miles a day, sometimes on uneven ground, and bending or kneeling for extended periods
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Compensation

$20–$28 per hour , commensurate with experience.
