This hybrid opportunity supports a high-performing team handling complex, multi-jurisdictional transactional matters. Salary range: $55K-65K.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Draft and prepare closing documents and supporting materials

✅ Review and summarize contracts, agreements, and organizational records

✅ Assist with closings, including binder preparation and post-closing follow-up

✅ Track deadlines and manage high-volume document workflows

✅ Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and third parties

✅ Manage document filing, database updates, and administrative support

✅ Conduct light due diligence and manage project timelines

What We’re Looking For:

📚 Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required

🧠 1–3 years of legal support experience in a transactional or corporate law setting

💻 Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems like iManage or Filesite

📝 Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills

🚀 Proactive mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities

📍 Must be based in Los Angeles – onsite presence required at least 3 days/week
