Our Team Managers are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Manager’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player
• Open and/or close, lead shifts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.

Minimum Age Requirement for Employment

The minimum age for employment at a chick-fil-A Blakeney is 16 years old. Applicants who do not meet this age requirement are encouraged to apply once they reach the age of 16.
