2nd Shift – 2:45pm to 10:45pm
3rd Shift – 10:45pm to 6:45am
AM weekend 7a to 7p Fri, Sat, Sun (work 36hrs and get paid for 40hrs!)
PM weekend 7p to 7a Fri, Sat, Sun (work 36hrs and get paid for 40hrs!)

Duties

Operate blending equipment and machinery to mix raw materials as per production requirements.
Follow detailed blending instructions and recipes to ensure product consistency and quality.
Conduct regular inspections of blending equipment, performing basic maintenance as needed.
Collaborate with team members to optimize blending processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Document blending processes accurately, including batch records and material usage.
Assist in materials handling, including receiving, storing, and preparing raw materials for blending.
Participate in training sessions on lean manufacturing techniques and CGMP compliance.

Experience

Reading batch records and preparing raw ingredients for mixing
Batching by running mixers, blenders, and hot boxes
Connecting correct tanks for mixing, holding, and transferring to production lines or totes.
