Job Description and Duties

Under the general direction of the Public Works Chief of Plant Operations, the incumbent supervises staff in the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of the HVAC and other mechanical, power and building systems of State owned and occupied buildings.

Special Requirements

Statement of Qualifications

1. What experience do you have with heating, plumbing water, refrigeration, sewage, and other mechanical systems and equipment?
2. What experience do you have writing scopes of work (SOWs) and what should be included in a scope of work?
3. What is your experience with maintenance of underground utilities/ describe the materials, methods, and equipment/tools you have used or supervised the use of.
