MKB Company—a privately held, fast-growing leader in erosion control and environmental infrastructure solutions—is seeking a hands-on, results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operational excellence and integration across our expanding national footprint.

This is not a consulting role—we’re seeking a doer. Someone who has successfully run complex operations, led lean transformation efforts, and held teams accountable for real results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and integrate operations across multiple facilities and newly acquired businesses.
• Drive operational performance through lean principles, standardized workflows, and KPI discipline.
• Develop and mentor high-potential talent and build a strong pipeline of future operational leaders.
• Oversee procurement and supply chain efforts, with a focus on cost, reliability, and efficiency.
• Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with leadership to align resources with long-term strategic growth initiatives.
• Travel up to 50% required to support regional site leadership and integration.

Ideal Background:

• 10+ years in senior operational leadership roles within industrial, manufacturing, or construction-related sectors.
• Proven success managing multi-site operations and executing Lean/CI initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to develop leaders , coach teams, and foster long-term growth potential in others.
• Hands-on leadership style with a track record of driving accountability and delivering measurable results. .
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
