What You’ll Do:
As an Client Intake Coordinator , you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients and families, guiding them through the care process with empathy and expertise. Your role is key in ensuring a seamless transition from initial inquiry to care services.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Respond to inquiries and schedule care consultations
✅ Assess client needs and coordinate appropriate care plans
✅ Manage intake paperwork, documentation, and onboarding
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and community partners
✅ Track referral pipelines and follow up on leads
✅ Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support client and caregiver needs

✔ High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
✔ Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & other software)
