Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Clinical Business Analyst. You will develop and manage clinical information systems, projects, and implementations.

Job Description

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements and define system and workflow enhancements.
• Analyze existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support clinical operations, compliance, and quality improvement.
• Translate clinical and operational needs into functional specifications for technology teams.
• Participate in the implementation, testing, and optimization of electronic health record (EHR) and other healthcare IT systems.
• Ensure documentation and reporting adhere to correctional health regulations and standards.
• Support project planning and management for clinical and administrative initiatives.

Skills Required

• 3–5 years of experience in business or data analysis, preferably in a healthcare or correctional health environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic) and data tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, NCCHC, or other healthcare regulatory standards is a plus.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, information systems, or related field (master’s preferred)
• DOC and PREA will be required

• Schedule Notes: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

  Pay Rate

• $64.00 per hour
