Job Title: Accounts Receivable Representative
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. This role involves account reconciliation, dispute resolution, and tracking customer job balances to establish lien rights.
Responsibilities
+ Perform account reconciliation within portfolio accounts.
+ Resolve disputes and develop plans to facilitate payments.
+ Track customer job balances and payments to establish lien rights.
+ Review accounts for releasing lien rights.
+ Assist with payment application as needed.
+ Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to/from customers.
+ Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ 1+ years of B2B Collections experience.
+ High School Diploma required.
+ Experience with regular accounts receivable and construction is a plus.
+ Must have good tenure (1-2 years experience in their last role minimum).
+ Must have portal experience: Coupa, Ariba, Open Invoice, etc.
+ Proficiency in handling collections and managing calls.
+ Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Customer service orientation.
+ Ability to work with high volume calls and B2B collections.
+ Manual work in lists based on regional needs.
Work Environment
This role is fully onsite, with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM. The team of Collections and Credit is the only department in the building. The position may transition to a hybrid work model after conversion to permanent employment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
