Concrete Finisher – Waco, TX
Are you detail-oriented, skilled with your hands, and motivated to help build the foundations of your community? We’re looking for a dependable Concrete Finisher to join a team committed to quality, safety, and teamwork in the Waco, TX area.
What You’ll Do
Shape and finish poured concrete for sidewalks, curbs, and other structures using hand and power tools such as floats, trowels, and screeds.
Operate a concrete vibrator to properly settle the mix.
Apply special textures and finishes as needed, including surface coloring.
Smooth out rough spots, patch defects, and ensure surfaces meet required specifications.
Work as part of a collaborative crew, following directions and contributing to a productive job site.
What We're Looking For
Experience in concrete finishing or construction labor is highly preferred.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including kneeling, lifting 20–100lbs, and working outdoors in all weather.
Reliable, safety-minded, and capable of communicating well with supervisors and coworkers.
Willingness to start early, work overtime, or weekends when required.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a crew.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Must pass routine drug screening and background checks.
