Our property management/construction company is looking for a general laborer who is willing to learn. Our scope of work changes from project to project, so while we are looking for a general laborer, it is a bonus if you have basic landscaping, cleaning, and overall construction knowledge. The right candidate will be comfortable with a frequently changing workload. It's also a fast-paced environment; you will have deadlines from time to time, so responsibility and efficiency to get the job done are a must. You will have to communicate with tenants and realtors on a regular basis; a clean personal appearance is highly recommended. We work Monday-Friday, 7:30 -4:30 pm Responsibilities:
