Anthro-Tech is seeking a Content Strategist to join our impactful and talented team. We are looking for someone passionate about advising and coaching clients and leading user experience (UX) content activities for complex digital products.
In this role, you’ll work with an interdisciplinary team of designers, researchers, accessibility experts, and change management consultants. You’ll collaborate on purposeful user-centered design solutions—including structuring and organizing content to make it easy to find, improving the usefulness, usability, and accessibility of content, defining how content gets created, published, and maintained, and designing entire digital experiences from the ground up. You’ll also coach clients on how to sustain the work we do for them through content governance, measurement planning, workshops, and training.
This is a temporary, remote W-2 position offering part-time to full-time support on an as-needed basis, starting as soon as possible through mid-October 2025, with the potential for extension.
You’ll be assigned to specific projects with estimated weekly hours (0–40) provided in advance to support planning. We aim to confirm your schedule at least one week ahead.
Team collaboration typically occurs between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM Pacific Time. Outside those hours, your schedule is flexible and can be arranged with your manager.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and responsibility. The range of starting pay for this role of Content Strategist (Temporary W2) is $43 - $59 per hour + Benefits.
