We are currently hiring an Customer Service - Account Representative to join the growing customer service/sales team at an industrial parts distributor. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers and Account Managers to deliver tailored solutions, build strong business relationships, and keep operations running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have previous knowledge and experience with industrial parts.
Responsibilities:
•Responding to customer inquiries with speed and professionalism
•Providing quotes, processing orders, and managing returns
•Sourcing and identifying the right parts for customer needs
•Supporting sales initiatives and assisting with account development
•Jumping in to help with stockroom tasks and occasional customer deliveries
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•3 or more years’ experience in customer service or inside sales; experience with industrial distribution or parts counter is highly preferred
•Must be willing to submit to drug and background screening
•Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft products
•Mechanical aptitude and a customer-first attitude
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
•Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
•Experience with ERP or SAP systems is a plus
