About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Travel Agent to support clients throughout their vacation planning and booking process. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers—answering questions, assisting with bookings, providing guidance, and ensuring each client enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from beginning to end.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
  • Assist clients with vacation planning, booking updates, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
  • Provide accurate, current information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure consistent, clear communication throughout the booking process.
  • Follow up with clients before and after their trips to confirm details and gather feedback.
  • Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
