Data Entry Specialist
Location: United States (Remote)
CWA Group Architecture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in the accurate and efficient input and management of our company's data.
Pay: $29 - $32 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data in various databases and systems.
- Review and verify data for discrepancies or errors.
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
- Scan and upload documents as needed.
- Assist with data clean up and organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Collaborate with team members to update and maintain data procedures and processes.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with architecture or design industry a plus.
