Dental Office Front Desk Receptionist Location West Seattle, WA : We are looking for a part-time front desk receptionist to join a dynamic, fun team at West Seattle Dental Center - an established multi-dentist dental practice. Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED
• Strong computer skills (Dentrix is a plus)
• Strong multi-tasking abilities
• Friendly, personable, and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated, ability to work well on own and in a team environment
• Quick learner with the ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details
• Great organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently and independently problem solve with reason and logic
• 3+ years receptionist and/or office administration experience preferred

Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients, confirm appointments, accept and process payments, manage basic patient information in dental managing software, scan/import/export/print electronic documents, maintain front desk and waiting room appearance, provide some administrative staff support, and other duties as assigned Pay and Benefits:

• $20.76+/hour

Shifts and Office Hours:

• Morning or afternoon shifts covering 18-25 hours over 3-5 days per week
• Monday 6:45 am - 5:30 pm
• Tuesday 6:45 am - 5:30 pm
• Wednesday 7:45 am - 5:30 pm
• Thursday 6:45 am - 5:30 pm
• Friday 7:45 am - 5:30 pm
