Digital Graphic Designer

Location : Remote (Flexible)
Status : Full-Time

About the Role

A dynamic, fast-paced organization is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in UX/UI and expert-level Figma skills. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for visual consistency across digital platforms and excel in a feedback-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality digital experiences that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and brand-consistent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, visually engaging user interfaces in Figma for websites and digital products.

  • Apply strong visual design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, shape, hierarchy, and layout.

  • Identify and correct inconsistencies in UI elements and website visuals.

  • Collaborate with developers and content managers to populate CMS platforms with optimized content and imagery.

  • Manage multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.

  • Apply feedback quickly and iterate efficiently based on input from team members and stakeholders.

  • Maintain design systems and ensure consistent brand application across all digital assets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for websites or digital products.

  • Expert proficiency in Figma.

  • Experience working with CMS platforms, including content and image population.

  • Exceptional attention to visual detail; able to spot inconsistencies easily.

  • Strong grasp of layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy principles.

  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • Positive, collaborative mindset with openness to feedback.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Portfolio showcasing website design work.

  • Ability to handle occasional print design projects.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience designing landing pages with a focus on user flow and calls-to-action.

  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS or interaction design.

  • Experience in brand or marketing design across multiple channels.

  • Portfolio including UX/UI case studies with clean, modern design execution.
