About Bask & Lather:

Bask & Lather is a fast-growing, family-owned haircare brand dedicated to creating effective, natural solutions for hair growth and overall hair health. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a highly organized and results-driven  Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, product launches, brand activations, and events with precision and excellence.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will oversee projects across marketing, operations, product development, retail expansion, and brand activations. You will be responsible for driving initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and goals are consistently met.

This is a critical role in keeping the Bask & Lather team aligned, organized, and moving forward during an exciting phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across departments.
• Lead weekly project status meetings, ensuring accountability and alignment across teams.
• Coordinate communication between marketing, social media, operations, and creative departments.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and proactively adjust project strategies to maintain momentum.
• Manage timelines and deliverables for product launches, influencer campaigns, retail partnerships, and events.
• Create and maintain workflows, SOPs, and process documentation for recurring projects
• Track project progress and report key updates, risks, and milestones to senior leadership.
• Support event logistics and execution, including weekend and evening work as needed for brand activations.

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within e-commerce, beauty, or consumer goods industries.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello, ClickUp).
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Experience supporting event planning, influencer marketing, or retail activation projects.
