Busy Bees Home Care is hiring for compassionate, reliable people to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). We are looking to fill our weekend position. In this role, you’ll make a real difference in the lives of adults with disabilities by helping them live independently, reach personal goals, and stay active in their community.
What you will do:
Support individuals with daily living needs
- Encourage skill-building and independence
- Provide transportation to activities, appointments, and community outings
- Follow care plans and report any changes in behavior or health
- Keep accurate daily notes and documentation
- Promote safety, respect, and inclusion in everything you do
What we are looking for:
Someone dependable, patient, and caring
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow support plans
- Experience is great—but not required! We provide training.
-Weekend availability
Requirements:
-Valid Drivers license and valid car insurance
-Use of own vehicle
-CPR/First Aid- we provide training
-Medication Certificate- we provide training
-Must be 18 years old
-High school diploma or equivalent
Shift:
Saturday and Sunday
