As Director of Operations, you will oversee your restaurants and provide direct support to General Managers. This will require you to be strategic, financially savvy, and, above all else, committed to driving a strong culture that mirrors the company's ideas and beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with VP, New Restaurant Opening Teams, Marketing, etc., to ensure the restaurants operate as smoothly as possible.
• Leading your GMs and their teams to success by providing development, training, support, and feedback to ensure operations excellence.
• Upholding the companies’ expectations and standards while delivering expected results through driving customer service, operations, marketing, recruiting, and growth efforts.
• Driving an incredible culture that aligns with the companies’ expectations and conveys an unwavering commitment to the brand, your teams, and your customers.
