Identify potential celebrity and influencer partnerships, focusing on both established personalities and emerging talent.

· Collaborate with stylists to ensure products are appropriately pulled and styled for events and appearances.

· Manage red carpet dressing opportunities, selecting the right celebrities to represent the brand at key events.

· Develop campaigns that leverage celebrity partnerships to drive traffic to retail stores and wholesale partners.

5. Event Planning & Execution

· Collaborate with partners to reduce costs and maximize reach for events.

· Scout locations and coordinate with venues to ensure smooth event operations and optimal guest experience.

· Maintain guest lists, partnering with store GMs and the wholesale team to ensure key stakeholders and partners are included.

· Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with experience managing cross-functional projects and external vendors.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret media metrics, campaign results, and customer insights.

· Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with media, influencers, and partners.

· A creative mindset with a deep understanding of brand storytelling and consumer behavior.
