Energetic Afterschool Nanny Needed (September 2025 – May 2026) – Chapel Hill, NC 30-35 per hour

A kind and welcoming family in Chapel Hill, North Carolina is seeking a part-time, school-year nanny for their active and spirited 4.5-year-old son. This role begins in September 2025 and runs through May 2026, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working with preschool-aged children in a warm and collaborative home environment.

Compensation:

• $30-35 per hour,

Schedule:

• Monday from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
• Wednesday from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm.
• The family will be away for 3 weeks in December and guaranteed hours may not be provided during this time.
• Guaranteed, consistent afternoon hours.

Responsibilities:

• School pick-up at approximately 1:00 PM (school is about 10–12 minutes from home)
• Engaging the child in active, age-appropriate activities and outdoor play
• Supporting the afternoon routine alongside a stay-at-home parent

• Regularly driving the parent before heading to school pick-up

Qualifications:

• Energetic, nurturing, and grounded with a calm yet playful approach
• Has a valid driver’s license, safe and reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
• Enjoys being physically active and is comfortable joining in sports or outdoor games
• Brings a youthful, positive presence, perfect for students, recent grads, or those with part-time availability during the school year
• Able to commit through the full academic year
• Able to provide 3-5 professional references

• Must have U.S. work authorization
