About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Consultant for a 6-month onsite contract at our Auburn, WA facility. This role will support our internal Epicor ERP operations during a key team member’s maternity leave. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Epicor (Kinetic preferred) across supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering, and will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our ERP environment.

This is a hands-on position within a high-compliance environment serving the Aerospace & Defense sector. The candidate must qualify as a U.S. Person and be able to work onsite with minimal remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day Epicor ERP support across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering functions.

• Customize and configure Epicor resources to meet business requirements.

• Build, maintain, and deploy BAQs, BPMs, and Dashboards to support real-time data visibility and process automation.

• Support and enhance document management processes through Epicor ECM / DocStar .

• Assist in the development and troubleshooting of Engineering BOMs and BOOs , job scheduling, and planning functions.

• Act as an Epicor SME and collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve ERP workflows.

• Ensure system stability and continuity during the maternity leave of our internal ERP resource.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Epicor ERP experience (preferably Kinetic).

• Strong experience with:

  • Epicor ECM / DocStar

  • BAQ, BPM, Dashboard development

  • Manufacturing jobs, scheduling, BOMs/BOOs

  • Supply Chain & Resource Configuration

• Experience in an Aerospace & Defense or similarly regulated industry is highly preferred.

• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or lawful permanent resident) per ITAR regulations.

• Ability to work 100% onsite in Auburn, WA.

• Familiarity with ITAR-compliant environments

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams
