We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating seamless, high-quality events. The Event Coordinator will manage the planning, coordination, and execution of events that reflect the high standards of Beloform.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute company events from start to finish.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Manage event logistics, including schedules, materials, and resources.
Assist in budget management and tracking of event expenses.
Ensure all events align with the company’s standards and brand image.
Maintain organized records and post-event reports for future reference.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools is a plus.
