Job Description
You’ll be the go-to technician for ensuring all our stores’ equipment runs — from HVAC systems and walk-in coolers/freezers to 240V fryers, ovens, plumbing, and electrical. You’ll troubleshoot, maintain, and make routine repairs, helping us keep operations smooth and costs down.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, refrigeration, and air conditioning systems .
- Respond to maintenance requests at stores and perform preventive and emergency repairs .
- Handle plumbing issues (sinks, toilets, drains).
- Perform electrical maintenance up to necessary licensed limits; coordinate licensed contractors for code-required or high-risk work.
- Maintain service records and communicate with leadership on recurring issues.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Technical experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing.
- EPA Section 608 certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to ~50 lbs and work independently.
