A membership-based primary group seeks family medicine physicians to serve the primary care needs of patients of all ages. Clinics are located throughout the Phoenix, Arizona area.

• Practice model is designed to see fewer patients daily and spend more time engaging in thoughtful decision-making with a team-based approach, normally around 16 per day

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
