**Job Title: Batching Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Batching Technician to join our team. This role involves supplying molding machines with raw materials, removing finished parts, and maintaining inventory levels. You will also assist with basic machine support as needed while keeping production areas clean and organized. **Responsibilities** + Supply molding machines with raw materials and remove finished parts. + Load and unload materials and maintain proper inventory levels. + Keep production areas clean and organized. + Assist with basic machine support as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or injection molding environment. + Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely. + Strong attention to detail and good communication skills. + Dependable and able to work well in a team setting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of percentages and ratios for mixing purposes. + Experience with chemical processing and batch mixing. + Understanding of mechanical and mathematical principles. + Experience in a laboratory setting is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Joining our team provides a direct path to advancement into procurement roles. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
