Position: Forklift Operator | Beer Loader
Employment Type: Full-time Temp to Permanent (Based on performance)
Shift: Mon-Fri, 2nd Shift from 4PM until finished
Hourly Rate: Starting at $18 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Product Loader with Forklift experience to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately loading orders, operating forklifts, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Operate Forklift safely and efficiently to move materials and products within the warehouse.
- Load orders accurately based on customer specifications and verify product quality and quantity.
- Load orders securely for shipment and ensure they are staged correctly onto delivery vehicles.
- Assist in receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to address any issues or concerns.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an Order Picker or similar role in a warehouse environment.
- Experience operating Forklifts is required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work 1st shift hours and occasional overtime as needed.
