• Worksite Location: Remote
• Contract Duration: 12-months
• Compensation: $25-27/hr

What you'll do as a Freight Transportation Coordinator: 

• Troubleshoot and identify root causes for various transportation management discrepancies and failures in international freight execution
• Monitor daily discrepancy logs with forwarders, provide initial root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution
• Action transfer freight issues and document root cause findings
• Investigate and address aging freight delays using Proactive Monitor Reporting

What you’ll bring to the Freight Transportation Coordinator role:

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Exposure to international operations and freight processes
• Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization and organizational skills
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to take ownership of processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new systems
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
