Pam Consultant Group is seeking an experienced **Grant Writer** to identify, research, and write grant proposals that support community programs, financial wellness education, small business development, and nonprofit initiatives. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong track record of grant submissions and awards.
## **Key Responsibilities**
* Research and identify relevant **local, state, federal, foundation, and private grants**
* Assess grant eligibility and alignment with organizational goals
* Write, edit, and submit **high-quality grant proposals**, LOIs, and applications
* Collaborate with leadership to gather program details, budgets, and impact metrics
* Track deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements
* Assist with post-award documentation and reporting when needed
* Maintain a grant pipeline and calendar
## **Requirements**
* Proven experience as a **Grant Writer** (nonprofit, education, community, or small-business grants preferred)
* Strong research, writing, and storytelling skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and organization
* Experience securing awarded grants is a **strong plus**
* **Bilingual (English/Spanish) is REQUIRED.**
