Intermediate Computer Technician (2-4 years)
Minimum/General Experience: Experience and training in desktop and laptop trouble-shooting (Intel). Additional experience working with and troubleshooting peripheral devices. Minimum two years' experience. Formal specialized training may be substituted on the basis of one month's training for one month's experience. Dell Latitude laptops, HP desktops and laptops (subject to change) and A+ certifications required.
Functional Responsibility: Performs on-site or shop based (stationary) computer troubleshooting and problem resolution, Computer assembly, hardware repair, basic networking, operating system and application software installation and troubleshooting.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
