Job Description

Responsibilities -

Must haves: Bi-lingual is a must - Mandarin and English.

• The Quality Engineer will be responsible for fulfilling the role of manufacturing and quality expert; this is a hands-on position with customer interaction.
• Works closely with customers and other departments during process development and APQP for new products.
• Ensure the quality of the parts produced meets all customer expectations.
• Quickly and effectively take action when non-conformances are found.
• Maintain and improve quality management system to comply with established standards.
• Other duties include:
• Initiate and maintain customer interface and support
• Create/Update all APQP documents including FMEA, Control Plans and Flow Diagrams.
• Follow AIAG APQP procedures and Customer-specific requirements
• PPAP submissions
• Continuous improvement of plant scrap, process capability, and quality cost activities

Required Skills -

• Must be fluent in English and Chinese.
• Completed Bachelor's degree or higher education related to Engineering is preferred
• Strong engineering background
• Knowledge of roll forming, bending, welding processes and testing requirements
• Ability to read and interpret Blueprints / GD&T
• AIAG Core Tools Training (APQP, PPAP, D/PFMEA, Control Plan, etc.)
