Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
• A valid teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, State License, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience teaching in a Kindergarten or early years setting
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in teaching young learners
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Passionate about creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues

Key Responsibilities for the Kindergarten Teacher:

1. Create a Safe and Stimulating Environment : Develop and maintain a classroom that fosters a love of learning, creativity, and social-emotional growth for young children.
2. Curriculum Delivery : Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes cognitive, emotional, and physical growth in line with the American curriculum standards.
3. Individualized Learning : Provide personalized support to each student, adjusting lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.
4. Parental Communication : Keep parents informed of their child's progress, achievements, and areas for improvement through regular communication.
