Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join and lead a hard-working team of associates at our San Bernardino CA location. As a Logistics Supervisor you will ensure safety quality and productivity metrics are met while leading various process improvement projects and participating in cross-functional teams on warehouse and network design initiatives.

What You Will Do:
Lead a team of 30 associates holding them accountable to savings and productivity standards
Oversee logistics activities including inventory control warehousing transportation logistics planning order processing and customer service
Partner with cross-functional teams in Quality Planning Procurement and Manufacturing to proactively identify and resolve quality and service issues relating to logistics operations
Assist in developing the site logistics budget with a focus on continuously improving year over year performance against metrics
Coordinate operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needs
Monitor fixed assets and coordinate implementation of approved capital improvement projects in your functional areas
Communicate standard logistics metrics to direct reports
Resolve quality service & cost issues
Support oversight of inventory levels

2nd shift Monday through Friday 1:30-10:00pm
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing logistics or related environment
2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Transportation Business or a related field of study
Proficiency with SAP MS Access and Excel
Previous project management experience
Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principals
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to exercise independent judgement think critically and work well in cross-functional teams

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $72700 - 109100 Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation such as experience education training geography etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
