Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Travel Sales Manager to lead our luxury travel sales division. This role involves managing client relationships, developing tailored luxury travel experiences, and driving sales growth within the upscale travel market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury travel sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering world-class, personalized service to discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to attract and retain high-net-worth clients seeking luxury travel experiences.

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel partners, and suppliers in the luxury sector.

  • Provide expert advice and bespoke travel solutions including private jets, five-star resorts, exclusive tours, and unique destination experiences.

  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and video consultations.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to secure the best possible deals and added value for clients.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine luxury product offerings.

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client preferences, and booking transactions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and all relevant travel industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury travel sales or luxury hospitality management.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a high-end travel or luxury service environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing a sales team.

  • Proficiency with travel booking platforms, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-centric mindset with superior problem-solving skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; certifications in travel, luxury sales, or hospitality are a plus.
