Nalley Consulting is filling the following position contingent on award:

Military Forces Analyst

LCAT: Mid and Senior
Location: CENTCOM HQ, Tampa, FL
Required clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly
Desired Experience: At least 8 years for Mid level; at least 12 years for Senior level
Desired Education: Bachelor's degree for Mid positions; master’s degree or an additional 5 years of related experience for Senior positions .

Description

C o nduc t all-source analytic production on foreign military; insurgents; terrorists; and militant organizations' command structure, e quipm e nt , operations/exercise, faciliti es , sustainment, leadership, and force di s p os iti on/o rder of battl e.

• Conduct and a nal yze database Order of Battle/Force Disposition for c on ve nti o nal military forces a nd insurgent/terrorism (e.g. unit s , e quipm e nt ) for w hi c h USCENTCOM is responsible producer (RESPROD).
• Perform basic target development of all mil i t a r y , in s u rge n t, and terrorist functional production areas (e . g. facilities), in support of l et h a l / n o n-l e thal engagements, pl a nnin g , steady state, crisis, and co n t in ge n cy o p e r at i o n s .
• Provide support to targeting by r ev i ew in g , eva lu at in g, coordinating, a nd editing database r eco rd s (c urr e ntl y the M o d e rni z e d Int egra t e d Database (MIDB)) ass o c iated with target support requests.
• Extract Order of Battle informati o n from ass i g n e d database and prepare tailored reports. Review, coordinate, and complete Strategic Defense Int e lli ge n ce Analysis Production Program (SDIAPP) r e qu es t s.
• D eve l o p training materials and conduct OJT for personnel as required. Provide recommended inpu t to C J CS Manuals/Instructions and USCENTCOM policies/SOPS as required.
• Submit collection requests a nd so urc e directed requirements as well as source evaluations to s upp ort Order of Battle. Id e ntif y and nominate no-strike entities to assigned database.
• Update database r eco rd s IA W DoD and USCENTCOM p o li c i es / proc e dur es .
• Respond to RFIs, prepare briefings, and present briefings as r e quir e d.
• Perform analysis to accomplish BD A , produce BDA products , and assist with combat assessments.

Additional aspects

• This subtask may require flexible support h o ur s outside the standard duty hours of 0730-1630, to include: weekend support, TDYs, deployments for tar ge ting operations, and support to 24/7 targeting operations.
• P ersonnel may be required to attend additional qualification training.
