About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Mortgage Loan Originator to join our remote sales team. In this full-time, commission-based role, you'll have the chance to manage a team and receive a generous monthly car allowance. You will be responsible for helping home buyers, homeowners, and real estate investors secure the right mortgage financing for their needs.

Your role will include analyzing loan applications, assessing underwriting criteria, and guiding borrowers through every step of the loan origination process. You will also provide expert advice on available loan options, ensuring that each client is informed and confident in their decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective home buyers, current homeowners, and investors in finding suitable mortgage products
Analyze loan applications and conduct underwriting assessments
Guide clients through the loan origination process with clarity and care
Provide expert advice on loan options, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
Manage and nurture your own client network to ensure successful outcomes

What We're Looking For:

A solid referral network to build upon
A strong understanding of underwriting processes and mortgage lending standards
At least 5 years of experience in loan origination
Proficiency in assessing and analyzing loan applications
In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and financial concepts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A keen eye for detail with a focus on accuracy
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong organizational and time management skills
Current or eligibility for MLO licensing in Ohio, Florida, or Alabama

Salary: $ 50,000.00 500,000.00 Per Year
