Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Loan Partner who is fluent in Spanish and English to support our mission of providing top-tier service to a diverse and growing client base. As a Loan Partner, you'll work closely with our Loan Originators to provide fast, accurate pre-approvals and ensure clean, complete loan submissions. Responsibilities: • Manage a pipeline of leads and structure loans for pre-approval and submission • Request and review supporting documents to ensure clean underwriting approvals • Analyze income and financial documents, including self-employment income • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to keep files moving • Prioritize daily workflow to support Loan Originators and meet deadlines Qualifications: • Fluency in Spanish and English (Required) • 3+ years of Loan Processing experience or 1+ year of Underwriting experience • Deep knowledge of Conventional, Government, and Non-QM loan guidelines • Familiarity with LOS systems (Encompass, Byte, LoanPad) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word) • Strong analytical and organizational skills • A self-starting attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • A keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt to evolving systems and procedures About Company: Choice Mortgage Group is not your typical lender.
