Job Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and nurturing care for children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
• Manage daily household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation, maintaining a tidy and organized environment.
• Assist with children’s homework and educational activities, fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment.
• Plan and oversee recreational activities for children, encouraging outdoor play and creativity.
• Cooperate with parents to establish daily routines and schedules that meet the needs of the family.
• Maintain open and positive communication with family members regarding the children’s progress and any concerns.
• Manage household inventories and supplies, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and available.
• Execute any other duties as required to support the seamless operation of the household.

Essential Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a nanny or housekeeper role is highly preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with children and adults alike.
• Reliability and trustworthiness, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and housekeeping services.
• Ability to deliver tasks efficiently and effectively, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to the family’s changing needs and schedules.

Desired Experience:

• Experience in childcare or a related field, with the ability to relate well to children of various ages.
• Familiarity with household management and maintenance, including cleaning and organizing tasks.
• Driving license preferred, with willingness to transport children when necessary.
