Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ISE for AAA services and 802.1X network access control, along with proficiency in firewall security platforms (Algosec, Cisco Firepower, Fortinet ) and authentication protocols (TACACS/RADIUS).
Automation & Scripting
Ability to develop or manage automation using Ansible, Python, Terraform, and REST API, with familiarity in CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for efficient network security operations.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Collaboration
Proven analytical skills to resolve complex network access issues, monitor system health, and provide escalation support, combined with strong communication and teamwork in a global environment.
