*Hybrid in Atlanta, GA*

Our client is seeking a skilled Payroll Accountant/Tax Specialist to provide temporary staffing support. This role is crucial in managing payroll accounting and tax-related tasks, focusing on reconciliation, tax compliance, and system cleanup. The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle HCM and ADP SmartCompliance.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. 

Rate: $47 - $57 / hr. w2

• Set up tax registrations and manage tax filings and amendments.
• Reconcile payroll accounts and handle tax reconciliations.
• Action and track tax notices.
• Conduct GL research and support payroll account reconciliation projects.
• Assist in quarterly tax report preparation and reconciliation.

• Must have Oracle HCM experience
• ADP SmartCompliance is preferred
• Experience with multi-state tax regulations is crucial.
• General Ledger (GL) research
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and consultants.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus but not required.

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
